NOW OFFERING RAINDROP THERAPY... Raindrop therapy may also help boost the immune system, increase energy, relax spasmodic muscles, relieve bone pain, relieve muscle aching, help metabolism, aid in relaxation, reduce spinal inflammation, detox spine, straighten any spinal curvatures, and many more......

one session $85, 3 sessions $210, 6 sessions $375

NOW OFFERING ROLFING.. Rolfing is a form of hands-on manipulation that focuses on releasing strain and tension in the connective tissue throughout the body. This frees the body allowing for aligned posture and fluidity of movement. Overall, it brings a feeling of well-being and freedom to the entire body/mind.  Rolfing was developed by Dr. Ida P. Rolf, Ph.D., more than 50 years ago and was first called Structural Integration. She noticed that the human body is more at ease and functions  most effectively when its structure is in balance with gravity. The human structure is greatly influenced by the health of the connective tissue, which surrounds, supports and nourishes all of the tissue in the body, including bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments and organs. The web-like connective tissue responds to trauma, habitual movement patterns, bad posture and poor nutrition by tightening, restricting and thickening to add more support to an imbalanced body. This can lead to furthering bad posture, pain and limited mobility. Over time, the human body becomes less flexible, tired and moves with less grace.  Dr. Rolf found that releasing these restrictions with an overall goal of realigning the body to optimize the affects of gravity and to increase structural integrity, the body was able to regain optimal function.

one session $125 (90 minutes)

Kirsten Magyar Arnold, BS, LPN, LMT
Spurred by my interest in both the eastern and western mind-body connection, I have pursued careers in both massage therapy and nursing.  I have been practicing many modalities in local spas and health facilities since graduating Health Builders Massage School in 2001.  Some of my most widely used modalities include Swedish massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Sports Massage, Cupping (a Chinese modality to help stimulate blood flow), Reflexology, and Hot Stone Therapy. I have been practicing Bikram Yoga for approximately 8 years and am extremely excited to be a part of Bikram Yoga St. Augustines new Yoga and Massage facility.  I believe Massage Therapy works well in conjunction with your daily yoga practice to create improved mind body and spirit..
